My journey begins in the vibrant city of El Paso, and it’s enriched by the lively spirit of San Antonio, where I was raised. For 23 years, Texas was home, a place that shaped my love for bold flavors and heartwarming traditions.

After leaving Texas to serve in the military, I found myself reflecting on the comfort of home and the meals that defined my upbringing. The inspiration to create my own Tex-Mex seasoning blend came from my incredible mom, whose passion for cooking and knack for blending spices left a lasting impression on me. Every time I cook, I’m reminded of her and the countless family dinners in our home.

The photo to the left is me as a child, embodying the same spirit and charm that inspired the brand's logo. It’s a small piece of my story that represents the joy and nostalgia behind every pinch of my seasoning.
