Baked Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp Casa de S.A. Tex-Mex seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and sprinkle with Casa de S.A. seasoning.
  3. Place lemon slices on top of each fillet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until salmon is cooked through.
  5. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
