Baked Salmon
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp Casa de S.A. Tex-Mex seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and sprinkle with Casa de S.A. seasoning.
- Place lemon slices on top of each fillet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until salmon is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
