Beef and Bean Skillet
Ingredients:
For the Skillet:

1 lb ground beef

1 tablespoon Casa de S.A. Tex-Mex Seasoning

1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup diced onion
-
1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)

1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

1 tablespoon olive oil
For Garnish:

Fresh cilantro, chopped

Sliced avocado
-
Lime wedges
-
Salsa
Instructions:

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Stir in Casa de S.A. Tex-Mex Seasoning and cook for an additional minute.

Add diced onions and bell peppers. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes. Cook for another 5 minutes until everything is heated through.

Sprinkle shredded cheese over the mixture and cover the skillet with a lid for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Garnish with fresh cilantro, sliced avocado, and a squeeze of lime juice. Serve with salsa on the side.
