Beef and Burrito Burritos
Ingredients:
For the Burritos:

1 lb ground beef

1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced onions

1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)

1 tablespoon Casa de S.A. Tex-Mex Seasoning

8 large flour tortillas

2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Garnish:

Salsa or Pico de Gallo

Fresh cilantro, chopped
-
Sliced jalapeños (optional)

Sour cream or Greek yogurt
Instructions:

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, diced onions, and bell peppers. Cook until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender. Stir in Casa de S.A. Tex-Mex Seasoning and black beans. Cook until heated through.

Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat or wrap them in foil and warm them in the oven for a few minutes.

Spoon the beef and bean mixture onto each tortilla and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Roll up the tortillas to enclose the filling.

Serve the burritos with salsa or Pico de Gallo, fresh cilantro, sliced jalapeños, and a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt.
