Beef Brisket

Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs beef brisket
  • 3 tbsp Casa de S.A. Tex-Mex seasoning
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Set to 275°F. (rule of thumb is 1hr/lb)
  2. Rub brisket with Casa de S.A. seasoning.
  3. Cook in a covered pan for 3-4 hours, until tender. (rule of thumb is 1hr/lb)
  4. Brush with BBQ sauce during the last hour of cooking. Serve sliced.
