Beef Brisket
Ingredients:
- 4 lbs beef brisket
- 3 tbsp Casa de S.A. Tex-Mex seasoning
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Set to 275°F. (rule of thumb is 1hr/lb)
- Rub brisket with Casa de S.A. seasoning.
- Cook in a covered pan for 3-4 hours, until tender. (rule of thumb is 1hr/lb)
- Brush with BBQ sauce during the last hour of cooking. Serve sliced.
