Beef Chili
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Casa de S.A. Tex-Mex seasoning
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Cook onions and garlic until softened.
- Add ground beef and Casa de S.A. seasoning, cook until browned.
- Stir in beans, tomatoes, beef broth, and corn. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
