Corn and Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped (optional for extra heat)
  • 2 tbsp Casa de S.A. Tex-Mex seasoning
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix black beans, corn, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño (if using), and Casa de S.A. seasoning.
  2. Add lime juice and salt to taste. Stir well to combine.
  3. Let salsa sit for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos and grilled meats.
