Corn and Black Bean Salsa
Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño, finely chopped (optional for extra heat)
- 2 tbsp Casa de S.A. Tex-Mex seasoning
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix black beans, corn, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño (if using), and Casa de S.A. seasoning.
- Add lime juice and salt to taste. Stir well to combine.
- Let salsa sit for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos and grilled meats.
