Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs pork shoulder
- 3 tbsp Casa de S.A. Tex-Mex seasoning
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (add till desired taste is met)
Instructions:
- Set to low heat, around 250°F.
- Rub pork shoulder with Casa de S.A. seasoning.
- Cook pork for 8 hours or until tender.
- Shred pork and mix with BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar. Serve on buns with coleslaw.
