Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs pork shoulder
  • 3 tbsp Casa de S.A. Tex-Mex seasoning
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (add till desired taste is met)

Instructions:

  1. Set to low heat, around 250°F.
  2. Rub pork shoulder with Casa de S.A. seasoning.
  3. Cook pork for 8 hours or until tender.
  4. Shred pork and mix with BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar. Serve on buns with coleslaw.
