Ribs with Pineapple Glaze

Ingredients:

  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 3 tbsp Casa de S.A. Tex-Mex seasoning
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Set BBQ pit to medium heat, around 275°F.
  2. Rub ribs with Casa de S.A. seasoning.
  3. Cook ribs for 2-3 hours, turning occasionally.
  4. Brush with a mixture of pineapple juice and BBQ sauce during the last 30 minutes of cooking. Serve hot.
