Ribs with Pineapple Glaze
Ingredients:
- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 3 tbsp Casa de S.A. Tex-Mex seasoning
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Set BBQ pit to medium heat, around 275°F.
- Rub ribs with Casa de S.A. seasoning.
- Cook ribs for 2-3 hours, turning occasionally.
- Brush with a mixture of pineapple juice and BBQ sauce during the last 30 minutes of cooking. Serve hot.
