Shrimp and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Casa de S.A. Tex-Mex seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  2. Add shrimp and Casa de S.A. seasoning. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add bell peppers and zucchini. Stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Stir in soy sauce and lime juice. Serve hot.
