Spiced Beef Enchiladas
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Casa de S.A. Tex-Mex seasoning
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
- Cook ground beef with onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Stir in Casa de S.A. seasoning and tomato sauce, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Fill tortillas with beef mixture, roll up, and place in a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese and bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
