Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 2 tbsp Casa de S.A. Tex-Mex seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Tortilla chips or fresh veggies for dipping

Instructions:

  1. Set oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, Mexican cheese blend, Casa de S.A. seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
  4. Let cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
