Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 2 tbsp Casa de S.A. Tex-Mex seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Tortilla chips or fresh veggies for dipping
Instructions:
- Set oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, Mexican cheese blend, Casa de S.A. seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
