Stuffed Jalapenos
Ingredients:
- 12 large jalapeño peppers, halved and seeded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
- 2 tbsp Casa de S.A. Tex-Mex seasoning
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
- Set oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, and 1 tbsp Casa de S.A. seasoning until well combined.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle with remaining Casa de S.A. seasoning and bake for 15-20 minutes, until peppers are tender and cheese is bubbly. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve warm.
