Stuffed Jalapenos

Ingredients:

  • 12 large jalapeño peppers, halved and seeded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 2 tbsp Casa de S.A. Tex-Mex seasoning
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions:

  1. Set oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, and 1 tbsp Casa de S.A. seasoning until well combined.
  3. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining Casa de S.A. seasoning and bake for 15-20 minutes, until peppers are tender and cheese is bubbly. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve warm.
